- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team
- Participate in clinical supervision and continuing education
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Current Arkansas LCSW license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with electronic health records
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with trauma-informed care
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Experience with children and adolescents
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Provide outpatient mental health services to individuals and families in our satellite offices serving Franklin and Logan counties.

Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing
- Current Arkansas APRN license with psychiatric specialty
- DEA registration
- Minimum 1 year psychiatric experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with community mental health populations
- Experience with co-occurring disorders
Case Manager
Coordinate services and resources for clients with serious mental illness, helping them achieve their recovery goals in the community.

- Coordinate with emergency services and hospitals
- Document crisis interventions and follow-up
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral health field
- Crisis intervention training (or willingness to complete)
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Strong de-escalation skills
