Horizon is located in the Travis Miles Treatment Center, a state-of-the-art, smoke-free facility, licensed for a residential capacity of 24 adolescents. As a program of the Western Arkansas Counseling and Guidance Center, Horizon has access to a comprehensive network of behavioral healthcare services.
