the time.
As
a parent, you are the most important

Help
Your Kids Grow Up Healthy & Safe

eat good food.
    •
get enough rest

get good health care

 •
have time to learn, play and help out at home.
Teach your kids to stay away from
danger. Find a safe place for them to play. Make sure they know
where to go for help.
Help Your Kids
Feel Good About Themselves

a Rule:
