Drug & Alcohol Safety Education		    
   

If you are convicted of a DWI or DUI the judge may require you to complete Drug & Alcohol Safety Education Classes as part of your sentence upon recommendation of the Drug & Alcohol Safety Coordinator who performs your pre-sentence screening. In Western Arkansas, these classes may be completed through the Center.

Payment of Fees

As of 7-1-05,a $150.00 fee for the Drug & Alcohol Safety Education Program must be paid-in-full before classes begin.

For individuals completing an out-of-state certified education or treatment program, we will need your ORIGINAL certificate, along with an administrative fee of $25. We will then verify compliance and issue a certificate.

In order to receive a certificate of completion, the fee must be PAID-IN-FULL by CASH OR MONEY ORDER BEFORE you begin classes. Partial payments are not accepted. You must bring your payment RECEIPT to class with you or you will not be admitted.

This fee is payable through the Western Arkansas Counseling & Guidance Center’s business office 8:30am to 12:00 Noon and from 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

You Must Prepay. No Refunds.
