Service Locations

The Guidance Center is pleased to offer service locations in all six counties of western Arkansas. The counseling clinics are conveniently located in Fort Smith, Van Buren, Booneville, Mena, Paris, Ozark and Waldron.

The following treatment specialty programs, Horizon, WATCH, The NEW Center and RSVP, have separate facilities in located Fort Smith.

Each service location is listed below and includes a picture, address and phone number.
